Electronic technicians typically do not have the required software skills and depth of experience to effectively perform maintenance and repair, triage problems remotely with vendors, and establish, maintain and ensure compliance with your Software Configuration Management (SCM) and Alarm Management (AM) policies for these systems. We can provide a Software Technician thoroughly trained in our Proven Practices to do all this plus transfer knowledge to your team.
