Careers
Athens Group was founded by consultants. The founders believe, and our customers agree, consultants deliver better results if they are:
- Energized by professionally challenging projects and the opportunity to work with new technology, and NOT burned out by road-warrior type travel
- Given ownership, and a voice in how the company is run, and NOT treated like “resources”
- Able to work collaboratively with other experienced consultants, and NOT bogged down by bureaucracy
Our continued growth depends on highly effective, entrepreneurial consultants who bring more value to customer engagements. So, we are always looking for consultants who are both innovative and pragmatic, oriented towards business, not just technology and who want to work in an ego-less and family-friendly environment. We also provide competitive compensation, profit sharing, benefits, equity ownership, and a culture of responsible autonomy.
