Risk is introduced in every phase of the asset lifecycle. It is either identified and mitigated or it becomes residual risk in the next phase. In order to help our customers reduce integrated control systems risk to acceptable levels, Athens Group has identified a set of milestone-specific success criteria that are critical to the effective execution of validation and verification (V&V) activities. Each of our Drilling Technology Assurance Services is delivered using a holistic, systems-oriented, risk-based approach that focuses on identifying and measuring variances between these key success criteria and the practices observed on your asset or project. This approach is part of our Proven Practices Methodology. To learn more about Proven Practices, click here.
