How We Do It
Based on our many years of experience, we have developed a methodology that is both practical and proactively addresses project pitfalls. We have also designed a proprietary, lean project management tool set, Athens Group Project™ that incorporates Project Management Institute (PMI) and our own best-practices. We provide this tool set to our customers at no charge. We can optionally provide training on our tools and techniques enabling you to improve project/program management skills throughout your business. We then develop and track to a realistic plan that:
- Includes as much detail as needed to reduce risk, without adding unnecessary overhead.
- Adapts to the needs of specific projects, while ensuring necessary consistency.
